Arwen woke up to the morning light. She had a system so that the sun would shine on her face at exactly the time she needed to wake up to get ready for school. She was generally a light sleeper, so that worked. Except on daylight savings time... She got up and woke Kevin up so he wouldn't be late, either.

Leah wandered down the side walk, a blank expression on her face. The only sign of any emotion she held was the bored look in her eyes. It was something she had grown rather good at over the years, and she actually found it rather funny watching people trying to figure out what she was thinking half of the time. The girl kicked a small offending rock that was in her path, and watched it bounce heavily over the road

The rock hit Lee in the ankle and she turned to the offending kicker with a vaguely bestial snarl, "What's your problem?" People just don't pay attention. Idiots. Every single one.
