Peter nodded then gave his wife a peck on the cheek and moved to ruffle Alice's hair "I'm off to work. you kids take care" He said then grabbed his keyes to leave.

"Bye dad" Alice said and listened to him leave then looked towards her mother again as she reached for her glass.

Wendy started to reach for the cup to make sure Alice had it but managed to stop herself. She glanced to Arren then away and smoothed her shirt "you kids want anything to eat?"

"No thanks mom." Alice said and took a drink

Arren watched her dad leave and drank some water and replied,"I am ok thanks though."

Wendy nodded and looked to Alice then left to go and check on supper

Alice sighed and shook her head "And that is why I have to get outside sometimes" She said softly then smiled

Miana looked at the boy who had walked up to her and talked to her. Not many people talked to her, so it was kind of nice. She put her hands on her hips and raised an eyebrow. "in this dump? i doubt it.." she said to him. This place was not her first choice to go to school at or settle down for a little bit until she got a good job, but she had no choice.
