The Silver Laced Wyandotte Thread

I just got 2 SLW, that are the most friendliest chickens I have ever had! They are about 2 months. Any guesses?

I'd go with 1 boy and 1 girl :) Male SLW tend to be more white, they will also typically have a broader comb and you can see the wattles starting to come through on him.

Thank you everybody for your responses, I was hoping that one was going to be a roo and one was going to be a hen so that I breed them.

I have a hatchery SLW rooster that got with my silkie hen and I didn't know this until I hatched one of her eggs and got this little one.

She has the feet of a silkie the skin color and pretty feather pattern of the SLW. Can't wait to see it as an adult she is 6 wks now.

I had a hatchery SLW roo who managed to get with one of my tiny Serama hens.

This was Bandit (RIP)

This is Baby Bird

And we named the little one "What-the-Cluck?"

What-the-Cluck is all grown up and laying her own eggs now.

This is too funny.! Sorry!
What size did What The Cluck turn out ?
She looks beautiful.
I am new to the group. I will be hatching 7-8 dozen of Blue Lace Red, Silver Lace and Gold Lace that I will be hatching out over the next couple months.
excited to get these guys going. The bloodlines I purchased are all from show lines and they are not mixed they have been bred in separate flocks.
Is there a good reference for breeding them out there ?
Thanks
