The Society of Truth, an RP

Calder gave the hand a sidelong glance and tilted his head back a little, eyeing Tara steadily for a moment.

"No," he reassured her, quickly, "Unless it bugs you,"

He paused for a moment, "Because after all I am twenty-seven"
“Of course it doesn’t bug me. I’m an adult, you’re an adult, what’s the problem?” She said giving him a smile

(Wait, did I miss something? Elsie is staying?)

"Did you see the look Liana gave me when she heard my age?" Calder asked, following and looking intently down at her.
(Whoa, hang on a second, there is one spare room at Alina’s which Tara is using....)
(Okay, sorry. Alina had shown her a room that she said Elsie could hide out in from the Programmer. Should I change something?)

(Oh that's the secret hideout. No you're just fine!)

Calder smiled back and took her into his arms. "There isn't, so long as you're okay with it."

She nodded giving him a tired smile, “goodnight” she murmured walking up the stairs before knocking on Alina’s workshop door “Alina, I just wanted to say goodnight”
"Goodnight," Calder responded, turning and heading towards the doorway. He let himself out and began walking home, glancing up at the stars as he did so, and picking out the constellations he remembered from his trips with his Dad, stargazing.

Alina heard the muffled voice of Tara and opened her bedroom door. "Oh," she said, "Sorry, I locked the workroom door but I wasn't in there. Good night to you, too—sweet dreams, and here's to tomorrow being a productive day against the Programmer!"

“Definitely” Tara agreed before turning and going into the room she was staying in and shutting the door, she climbed into bed and pulled the covers over her and before long she was breathing softly

Mark stood up and stretched. “Millie, we should get home. And I promise I’ll remember to pick you up tomorrow.”
“Yeah okay let’s go” Millie nodded
