The Society ~ RP

Luce's eyes widened when she saw the bear. she gasped when they fell off the edge of the cave. "oh my gosh!" she said said and ran to the edge. she sighed in relief when she saw that stormadancer was ok. she went back into the cave. "well, that was exiting." she muttered to no one in particular.

Alexis snapped out her wings, nearly hovering for a moment as she watched the bear continue to fall "You alright?" She asked Stormdancer

Danika saw that Stormdancer and Alexis were flying and let out a sigh of relief, backing away from the edge and back into the cave.

Gwen pretty much ignored the film. She looked around the gym and decided to test her wings again. She stepped away from the others and stretched out her wings to their full extent, almost 15 feet and jumped, taking to the air again and circling the gym.

Charles watched the splices and smiled, then glanced around and noted that he and Sonya were alone. His smile changed and he clicked a few buttons, then walked to the viewer, watching.

Sonya watched her father and when he walked away she checked to see what he had done. He had turned on the trackers for the missing splices, but at the same time had made it so they would cut out for minutes at a time. She looked to Charles, confused and concerned, both for him and the kids.
"Yeah," Stormdancer replied. She was startled at the coarse, foreign sound to her voice, until she remembered that she was a werewolf. She shifted back into human form, then regretted it. Pain stabbed through her shoulder, and she cried out. For a moment, the world seemed to stop. Nothing existed except the blood slowly seeping from her shoulder. Then, as quickly as it had struck, the pain dulled down to a steady throb. Embarrassed, Stormdancer turned and flew to the cave, clutching her shoulder tightly. Blood slowly seeped between her fingers as she touched down in the cave. She sat and leaned against the cave wall, tired suddenly.

Firebird sat next to her, no longer flaming, but still pleasantly warm, like fresh toast. (Derp. :3) "Hey, are you alright?" She asked, concern showing in her large, brown eyes. Stormdancer nodded, choosing not to speak. She didn't think she could keep her voice steady.

Alexis followed her, ready to catch her if she fell. She landed by the cave and glanced back to where she had last seen the helicopter.

Quote: Jenna closed her car door more forcefully than she would normally, and locked her car door. She walked swiftly up to the door, her shoes making crunching sounds on the gravel road. She jammed her key into the front door, then swung it open. She would never admit it, but she was genuinely concerned about James. "JAMES! Are you here?" She asked. Her only response was the mechanical noises of one of his many video games. She rolled her eyes and walked into the house, closing the door behind her. She walked into his room. She stood in his doorway a moment, observing. His room looked like a tornado ran through it. Clothes, potato chip bags, and video game controllers lay strewn across the floor. James himself sat in front of a computer, the blue light making his face turn unnatural colors. James had brown eyes, and nondescript brown hair. She watched as he got blown up violently by a strange, green creature. He groaned and planted his face into the computer keyboard. She smiled slightly. "Hey, James." She said. She moved aside some stuff on his bed, making a face at a half-eaten pizza, and sat down. "Oh, hi Jenna. Was work okay?" He asked, not looking up. Jenna took a deep breath. "James. We need to talk." She said. Something in the serious tone of voice she used made him swivel around in his chair to face her. "Did you get fired?" He asked, seeming not disappointed or worried, just curious. "No. No, but there was... an accident of sorts." She said. how am I supposed to tell him that there are weird scientific freaks running loose? she wondered.

Danica retreated into the cave, searching it for any other surprises. She stopped when she reached the other exit, looking down over the mountain.

"We should get out of sight" Alexis said, moving into the cave's entrance while watching the helicopter that Mathew was riding in

~~~
Gwen was randomly opening doors as she moved through the hallway "There's a pool." She said and glanced around
~~~
Sonya glanced to her father, then quickly typed in a code that would deactivate the tracers. She glanced to Charles again and typed another code

Stormdancer held her wound. Hot blood steamed as it dripped onto the snowy cave floor, near the entrance where they weren't protected from the elements. She stood, wincing a little inside. "You're right, Alexis. We need to lay low until the helicopter passes over us. We don't want them to find us, and we're not very far from the lab. Could you help herd the others deeper into the cave? Also, as soon as we're sure the helicopter is gone, Could you and Chelsea go hunt? We'll need food soon. Firebird can provide us with fire, as soon as we don't have to worry about the scientists seeing the smoke." She paused. "Thank you for your help, by the way."
