Are you concerned?
Clip was too short to tell if it's constant thing(breathing problem),
or just an 'after crow wheeze'(which is common and normal).

A little... That day he was doing it quite a bit, I’m quite unsure which. It was likely after-crow but I have no idea.

The wheeze happens immediately after the crow, on the next inhale, no way to miss that. Doing it at other times could be something stuck in his trachea or a respiratory issue.
 
@aart it may be a problem then, he makes a lot of noises, though, so I thought it was just him... but he does that noise a lot.
Hard to say for sure, just pay attention to the frequency of the wheezing and his overall activity.
One of the things I check for when I lock up after dark is breathing issues.
Since I go in every night with my headlight for a head count they stay pretty calm so I can listen for wheezing and look for labored respiration or gunky eyes/nares(nostrils).
