Wow good for you that is great. I think people that dont own chickens would see us as crazy lol. Ive only been doing the poultry since march, Agh and I want to add soooooo much more( my family thinks Im nuts). I think I need a barn and a magic sound barrier so I can have roosters and neighbors wont be disturbed. I hope the buisness goes well. When you figure out your list of rare breeds let me know. Id like to add something fancy to my collection. Will you be shipping hatching eggs or chicks?

My mom thinks I'm crazy too. But my whole family is from back east. In the city. I'm the only one who has/can/wants to just live in the country. But I've said it since I was a kid that I wanted to live in the country. It's hilarious to when I go to like the feed store or tractor supply co. They look at me like why am in there lol. But now that I've been spending coming for a few months and spending money the love me! Lmbo.

Those breeds are just some of what I have already that ill have this spring. The Basques. The brahmas. The blue Orps.
But ill definitely have other really cool pretty rare stuff. So for sure ill let you know when stuff becomes available.
Right now as far as I know, I can legally ship hatching eggs ONLY. The chicksm not positive or not if California makes you get NPIP certified first. But its not that big of a issue to get it done as long as your flock is clean and healthy.
So ill keep you posted on that too. But by spring, everything will be ready.

Looks wonderful. Up north you shouldn't have an issue with it but I had to tarp off our windows because they acted like a magifying glass with the sun and caused the coop to be over 110 degrees with an ac unit running!!! Fried Chicken before you're ready! Just a note for the Southerners who have to deal with high temps.
