I look at a swap like this. You sign up knowing you have no control over what you get and when you get it. Sure you can ask for large or bantom, mixed or pure. You know you will get your eggs sometimes after the 15th and before the end of the month. Life happens folks, getting worked up over where/who /what are my eggs is silly.
The first month I did not hatch one of the eggs they came in such bad shape. Last month I had a great hatch and I have 5 chicks running around and I am trying to figure out what they are. Its all in fun. Kind of like buying $10 in lotto tickets, some times it pays, some times it does not.
Every one take a deep breath. If every one gets so worked up about these swaps soon no one will be willing to head them. This is to be fun, not a big stress. I know I pay out more then $20 a month just to take a chance at something. Be it those toy games at the stores the kids have to play, or silly games hopping they will be fun. I like to buy scratchers to instead of candy bars I really do not need. Mony wasted is not fat on my hips!
I know one of these days I am going to get my dream birds in one of these swaps and it will blow my socks off. It will make any bad trade fade away. I will keep playing no matter what I get untill that day. You never know when it will happen. Its all part of the game.
