The Transluscent Orb Egg

Found this today. The girls have 24/7 access to Oystershell so idk why this happened. Thought it was neat. Egg was 100% translucent. Even the yolk. And within the yolk was a small, hard Orb surrounding a meat spot.

I saw a picture like this on BYC a few months ago. I don’t recall if any reason was given for it being translucent.

About 2 quarter coins in diameter.
Yes, it was frozen.
It had all the layer. Yolk, the thicker albumen and the thinner albumen.

It was indeed frozen

Hopefully the clear yolk was an anomaly.

Had a 'clear' yolk once, with no meat spot, but egg was only one quarter coin sized.
