The Truth about Chicken Wire / Hex Netting...

I know there are predators in my area but all but one of my chickens have survived everything but the neighbors dog when they were free ranging one day with plain old chicken wire but we have horses dogs and cats maybe all those smells keep them away? Whatever the reason I feel very lucky after hearing some of your sad stories
