The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

I am in !... Embarrassed but in. I got down to 149 last year and then I quit smoking and winter came. Okay enough with the excuses. I too love "myfitnesspal" on the computer/Iphone.
Thank you for starting this thread.

I am walking 2 miles a day for the last two weeks. I took Sunday off, I got new shoes and my feet hurt.
But I am back at it.
It will be nice to lose some weight in the process, but I need to get healthy first.
I must have lost forty pounds last year. Each time I lost ten pounds I would get really sick, gain it all back, lose ten pounds get sick... bleaa.
Maybe this year if I trade flab for muscle and not try so hard to stop eating, I will avoid the illnesses.

...and save the MONEY! gasp. We are still paying off last February's illness.

Thanks for the invite oesdog! but I think I'm done on BYC.... good luck everyone!

I got on the stationary bike for 30 mins last night. Then I had 2 pork chops and green beens for my dinner. After only having yuccy oatmeal with fake sweatener and an apple and orange all day I felt justified,But what will the scales say?No beer this makes a full week and beer is my weakness!

Beer.
Go for quality not quantity. Buy the really good stuff, savor it, and know that you really can not afford one each evening so look forward to the days that you can.
If you deny yourself what you enjoy, then you will not enjoy the moments of your life.

That is what this is all about, when it comes down to it. Being comfortable with our bodies and minds. If we are constantly thinking about what we can not have, then we will be constantly wanting it.
Cut 'back', not 'out'.

Well I needs to lose weight..I know this. So by growing a beard and mustache,it will keep in balance my weight loss.

Grow facial hair, weight falls off
get rid of facial hair, weight comes back

so Im going to grow a mustache and beard combo, even let my hair grow out, them my weight will fall off in lbs.

Pure science.

You may want to try replacing your yucky fake sweetner for local raw honey. Honey is delicious.

I have cut out all white sugar/fake sweetners and now I only use local, raw honey as my sweetner.

I didn't think about coffee because I don't drink coffee.
