Naeva rolled her eyes, "You may have done better than me, but no need to be a toddler about it." She told him and grinned. "Besides, I have taken care of myself for years, I don't need fishing. So, I'm better than you because I don't learn baby things like catching an unintelligent, slimy thing." She said humorously and tossed her hook with a new, wriggling worm back into the water.

Daniel smiled back and said "I'm just competitive, that's all."

(When in the heck did he catch six fish? Usually it is pretty hard to catch fish in Winter, they won't be too excited to bite the line given the fact fish don't like using much energy in the winter.)

Naeva nodded to show that she heard him and focused on fishing for a few minutes. Finally she thought there was a slight tug on the line and reeled the fishing line in. A largish catfish squirmed on the line, and Naeva cringed slightly. Some fish just freaked her out, and one of them was catfish.
Despite her disdain for the catfish, she took it off the line and placed it in a bucket. They were definitely good for eating.
"Well, I at least caught one thing, so we can leave if you want." Naeva said simply.
