Naeva cringed slightly at that odd action, and headed back inside. It was nearly time for most of the humans to wake up, so she didn't want to risk hunting anymore.

Naeva blew out the lanterns she had set in her house and decided to get a few hours of sleep before it was completely light out. She curled up comfortably in her warm bed and fell asleep for a nap.

He didn't have to do much as he owned a local lumber company, and had hired someone to manage the employees, but he had to at least respond to some emails. It was worth it, the job paid well and he could stay home.

Naeva winced a little, but rolled her eyes once he left and sighed in an annoyed tone.
Always so dramatic she thought and walked towards the window, jumping out of it as well for an easy exit. She had drank enough blood for the day, so she headed to the forest to return to her home.

Colette quickly made breakfeast and set down a plate of bacon on Xylos desk watching him as he answered emails. She was interrupted by the wailing of Jason and went back upstairs to quiet him down.
