OK, just to clear up my confusion...what exactly is the UPO? Do you know, @MinxFox ?
If it's a new organization, I think they could have tried to carve out their own distinct identity instead of mimicking the UPA by having such a similar name.
*Now I'm even more confused, since under "Conventions" they list UPA Conventions...
