Edmund grinned. "Of course I did. I couldn't disobey the princess," he said.

Gavin wanted to disappear. There is nothing worse for a thieves reputation than to be discovered by walking right into their house "I...I'm nobody, just going..." He started for the door, but an odd feeling caused him to turn around and stare at Katrina "And who are you?"

Fawn watched Linnet for a while. She wondered why the girl just sat there.
