*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Richard looked up. He hadn't seen Kat. "Hi, it's I, Sir Richard," he said.

Edmund ignored Gwen's glance and continued eating. He laughed at some knight's joke.
--
Katrina snatched the potato from Gavin. She grinned. "Oh I don't care where you go or what you do, so long as nobody gets hurt," she said. She put the meat in and began chopping onions. She wasn't about to tell Gavin who Jenel actually was, or even Redd. She didn't think word should get out so soon that they were of Edinurgh Kingdom.
"Well...you're the first" Gavin grinned. For the first time since the start of his thieving career, he felt ginuinly at ease - even though he had no clue who these people were "Anything I can do?"

Richard shrugged. "Don't like salad, I guess," he said with a chuckle. "Why are you out here?" He asked
---
Katrina tossed the onions in. She glanced around the room. "There's a sorry excuse for a broom in that corner," she said as she pointed to the corner by the door. "And the floor is mighty dirty," she said with a chuckle. "I'll let you figure out to do with those two variables," she said as she stirred the heavy cast iron pot.
--
Fawn smirked to herself. She tapped her forehead with the feathery end of her quill, then resumed.

Gavin picked up the broom and several pieces of straw fell out of it. He scowled and stuck them back up in there, if only for awhile. He tried to sweep up the dirt off the floor, and by the time he had a decent pile of trash most of what was in it was pieces of the broom 'Oh well' he thought 'I tried' He got a pot off of the cabinet and swept the trash up into it before handing the pot to Katrina "Good?" He asked.

Kat shrugged. "I dont like dresses I guess."

Katrina grinned as she dumped the pot out behind the cabin. She came back. "Good."

Richard hadn't even noticed the gown. "It surely isn't that bad," he said.

The servants began clearing dishes (dancing?)

The musicians began playing a quiet background music ever as the servants cleared the table.
Linnet went to clean up before dancing.
Edmund went to the edge of the room.
Edwin stood up and pulled Gwen's chair out for her. "Would you like to dance?" He asked
Richard heard the music. "Ah, the music has begun. Shall we return?" He asked
Mariah watched Edwin carefully.

Gavin glanced to be sure Katrina wasn't watching and quietly put the candlestick back on the shelf. He didn't want to steal from these people, which was a new and strange feeling.
He turned back toward Katrina and watched her intently.
