*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Katrina raised an eyebrow skeptically at Gavin. "Are ye possessed, sir?" She joked.
---
Edmund began slowly walking. "So, um, why did you write me a note to meet you here?" He asked
--
Linnet looked up. She went to the door. Debating wether to open it or not, she decided to wait. She knew it was Peter. The last person she wanted to see right now.

Gwen's face fell. "Why did I write the note? You're the one who wrote the note."

Peter sighed, know she was in there. "Linnet please...I know you're in there. What is the matter?"

Edmund stopped. "What note?"
--
Linnet sighed. She slowly opened the door. Finally, it was open enough for him to enter. She put her hands on her hips. "Well, come in," she said, in a tone not use much with her.

"Na, just super confused" Gavin shrugged "Cause like I climbed in your window and threatened to stab you if you didn't hand over your valuables, and get jumped by your uncle who is seriously creepy. Then, after I tell you a small portion of my story, your aunt and uncle go outside and talk and talk and talk about who knows what, then I end up spending the night, after threatening to stab you, and then we have this amazing moment of understanding and boom! You want something that starts with ca. And I still don't even know who you are!" He took a deep breath.

"The note you put on my desk...the one with the rose." Gwen explained, a little confused herself.

Peter walked through the door, to Linnet. "Are you alright?"

"Sorry I snapped Katrina" Gavin said quietly, before she had a chance to answer "I don't need to know everything. I just feel stronger when I do...and maybe that's a bad thing" He squished his oatmeal around in his bowl.

Katrina smiled softly. "Nah, it's ok. It helps to get things out, eh? I don't mind hearin' it at all, so if ye ever be a needin' someone to talk to, I'll be here for ye," she said kindly. "I'm sorry, but I can't tell you my story. Not now anyways."

"Note? Rose? I didn't leave you a note or a rose," Edmund said.

Linnet sat down on the bench. "No. And I think you know why," she snapped.

"Well thanks, there's been many times I've needed someone like you" Gavin said softly "I don't suppose it will do me a bit of good to ask why you can't tell me. Does it have something to do with your uncle?"

Katrina stifled a giggle, as she placed her hand on Gavin's arm. "Shhh, he'll hear you! I only be doing everythin' around here cause–cause, my Aunt rather expects it. Ye know, me bein' taken under her care," she said, telling the truth as closely as possible. She lowered her voice to a whisper, "And yea, i don't quite trust him either." Loudly, she said, "Deer would be nice."
