Peter let out the breath he had been holding in. "Really?"

Gwen nodded. "Yes I am absolutely famished."

Linnet let go and nodded. "Yes, of course! But we must get the king of Edinburgh and the king of Alnwick's blessing," She said.

Fawn saddled a horse from the stable. SHe headed for Edinburgh.

Peter frowned. "Will they do that?"

Alena was finally on break, her brain was numb.
 
"Let's hope so, otherwise we may just try running away to the hills," Linnet joked. "And I must write to my parents as well, for their blessing," she reasoned.

Edwin asked a servant where Alena was. After receiving the location, he hurried off. The servant, however, headed for Mariah' apartment. Edwin knocked on the door to the room Alena slept in.
 
"Let's hope so, otherwise we may just try running away to the hills," Linnet joked. "And I must write to my parents as well, for their blessing," she reasoned.

Edwin asked a servant where Alena was. After receiving the location, he hurried off. The servant, however, headed for Mariah' apartment. Edwin knocked on the door to the room Alena slept in.

Peter nodded."Yes."

Alena heard a soft knock on the door. Wiping her eyes, she opened it a crack. "Edwin? What are you doing here? You're going to get me in trouble."
 
Edwin frowned. He looked around. "Most if not all the servants are in the hall, cleaning," he said. "Anyway, I just stopped by to check in on you." He turned to leave. "The fire in my fireplace is dying," he said with a wink.

Fawn slowed her horse. She hoped if she stayed there long enough, something exciting would come her way.

Edwin checked the hallway, then closed the door behind him. He sat down in a chair by the fire, which was quite large and in no need of more wood. "Have you noticed anyone watching you?" He asked Alena
