*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

"Oh...I'm sorry" Gavin said, pretending to be interested in the floor.

"No," Anna interrupted. Katrina looked at her mother, surprised. "No?" She asked.
"No, he isn't dead," Anna replied.
---
"What happened to my mother?" Emilee asked. John frowned. He was silent for a minute before answering bluntly. "She left."

"No?" Gavin stuck with the theme, waiting for Anna to continue.
:)lol: Poor Gavin. This seems to be a recurring theme in his life, getting stuck in awkward situations)

"He is alive, and living in a small town north of Alnwick," Anna said. She set a cup of tea in front of Gavin and handed Katrina a cup. Katrina was equally confused as Gavin.
--
"Father, please, I'm tired of lies. What happened to her?" Emilee asked. John slammed his fist down on the table again, this time sending the tin mug flying. "She left!" He repeated. Emilee closed her eyes, bracing herself for what she assumed would come next.

(Lol yep!)

Gavin fingered his teacup and tried to blend into the wall. He waited for Katrina to react since he didn't really understand what was going on. He wondered if things could get any more awkward as he slid down in his chair.

Gwen smiled happily. "How have you been?"

"Was it only two?" Peter asked tiredly.

Alena scurried down the Manny corridors in search of Edwin.

Katrina sat down slowly, her hands shaking causing her tea to spill a little. "Living with your sister," Anna added. She glanced at her daughter for a reaction. "I--have uh sister?" Katrina asked, amazed
----
"She left sixteen years ago taking your little sister with her," John said, his voice trembling. Emilee's eyes flew open. She stared at her father, a bit shocked.

(Crazychick BOOM did you read what Madam and I have been posting?)

Linnet nodded, smiling. "Yes, only two. Are you well?" She asked. She hugged Peter a little tighter, not wanting it to end.
---
Edwin (dang boy why can i never find you? Oohh right)

richard nodded. "Yes, it is true. She left a couple days ago. Or disappeared, depends on how you view it," he said. Edwin nodded.
"But, she came back early this morning along with Sir Edmund, who, apparently, "saved her" or whatever and brought her back." Edwin frowned.
---
Edmund followed the servant up to the room where Mariah received visitors. "I'll fetch her Highness," the servant said, leaving Edmund alone in the elaborately decorated room.

(no lol ill go back)

"Just tired." He replied. "I Gwen really gone?"

Alena gave up searching and snuck down to the stables. Obviously Edwin wasn't here, but she intended to find him. She would surely be beaten if discovered.

"Gwen is here," Linnet said. She didn't want to go into details about Gwen, at least not now.

edwin stood up. "Thank you for your time," he told Richard, then left.

"But she was gone?" Peter pressed.

Alena galloper her narrowed horse toward Alnwick. Surely if Edwin wasn't at Edinburgh that us where he would be.
