*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Gavin hesitantly stepped toward Katrina "I'm...um...sorry about last night" He said quietly "I don't believe I ever got your name?"
She looked up at him. "Oh, no it's fine, you didn't scare me," she said as she chopped up a chunk of rabbit for the stew

Richard walked slowly around the gardens. He decided not to go in till the dinner ended.

Edmund smirked.

Linnet looked up at Peter. She wanted to say something, but the table was too noisy for her to be heard over the chatter. She'd wait till the dancing.

Mariah finished her salad. Another course was brought in.

Kat heard a twig snap. "Who's there?"

Gwen looked up to see Edmund looking at her, she blushed deeply.

"If you'd rather me leave" Gavin said, plucking an uncooked potato out of the stew and taking a sizable bite out of it "I wouldn't want to put you to any trouble. Although I don't know where I'd go if I left" He wondered what Jenel and Redd were talking about. He didn't like Redd, but didn't like his secrecy even more.

Richard looked up. He hadn't seen Kat. "Hi, it's I, Sir Richard," he said.

Edmund ignored Gwen's glance and continued eating. He laughed at some knight's joke.
--
Katrina snatched the potato from Gavin. She grinned. "Oh I don't care where you go or what you do, so long as nobody gets hurt," she said. She put the meat in and began chopping onions. She wasn't about to tell Gavin who Jenel actually was, or even Redd. She didn't think word should get out so soon that they were of Edinurgh Kingdom.

"Oh.Uh...hi?" She hoped the dimness covered her blush. "Why aren't you with everyone else?"
