*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Richard reluctantly followed. He flashed a quick smirk at Kat.
---
Linnet turned. "Oh, Adrienne. Have you seen Gwen?"
---
Edmund stood up. "Time to head out. The sun is fully up," he said abruptly.
---
Katrina went over to the window. She glared at the pair of Knights leaving. "They can't be up to any good," she muttered.

Gwen sighed, he hadn't answered her question.

Mounted and everything packed, Edmund waited on Gwen. He hadn't covered the dead fire with dirt and leaves.
----
Linnet, with Richard following, entered Gwen's room. Linnet sighed. "Adrienne, you cannot really declare her kidnapped til she's been gone fire 24 hours. Give it a couple hours, and if none of us 3 have seen her, we'll alert the guards."
---
Katrina nodded. "If she's doesn't send them by tomorrow evening, in out of here. I don't like this place, much less now that we've had that "pleasant" encounter with Knights."

"Fine" Adrienne grouched "But if she's not back in precisely three hours, I am alerting the king!" She turned and stalked out of the room to find Calder.
-----
"What do we do with her?" Gavin whispered, gesturing subtly at Alena.

(Where's everybody been today?)

Linnet nodded. "Agreed."
Richard shook his head In agreement. He turned and quickly left the group.
---
Katrina crossed her arms. "She can stay in the loft. With me. Until the guards come or we leave. But you"she said, turning to Alena, "must stay inside and do as he and I say."
---
(wifi is on and off. But don't know where other two are.)

Adrienne marched into her room and scooped up Calder. She ran off down the hall to find Maud. Surely she would believe her. Something was terribly wrong, and she knew it.
-----
Gavin nodded in agreement "I'll stay up and...you know...make sure no one comes"

(Ah cool. Congrats.)
Maud wrung out a peice of laundry. She pinned it to the line of laundry hung across the steamy room. Many other maids were doing likewise.

Linnet and Richard went to the courtyard.
---
Katrina nodded. "Very well."
