"Alena, what exactly did Her Highness say that has put this thought into your head?" Edwin asked Alena

Edmund stood up. "Sir, I will be back in a moment. If she wakes will you give her some water?" He asked Fent
 
Alena thought for a moment. "She said to stay away from you. And that you and I could never be together, because of who you are and what I am."
 
Alena shrugged. "Might as well be. That is what she meant. And she did say those things, among others."
Edwin looked to Jenel. "Since you're so sure of yourself in your own plans, do you have any ideas for Alena?" He asked

Edmund strode out of the house. "Gwen? Are you out here?" He called

Fawn stopped in mid step. She bent down to examine a small footprint in the mud. "Hello? Anyone out here?"
 
Alena shrugged. "Might as well be. That is what she meant. And she did say those things, among others."
Edwin looked to Jenel. "Since you're so sure of yourself in your own plans, do you have any ideas for Alena?" He asked

Edwin chuckled awkwardly. "Id best be going, before someone starts searching for me," he said
