*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Fent went back to his room, and opened the chest to retrieve the quilt. He brought them back out, and tossed them at Edmund.

Audric sighed, this job was really adding years to him. "Your mother requests that he wait."
 
Edmund stumbled back a little with the weight of the quilt. "I think I'll sleep out with the horses," he said.

Edwin frowned. "Mother has asked that he wait? Why?" He demanded
 
Gwen shook her head. "But you'll freeze!"

Audic scowled. "Watch your tone with me Boy."
Edmund handed one quilt to Gwen. "I've done it before. I'll survive," he grinned.

Emilee rubbed her hands together. In the small bedroom there was no fireplace, and there was a draft coming through the cracks in the wall.

Edwin looked down at his shoes. "I apologize, father," he said
 
Gwen shrugged, and tossed her quilt down in front of the fire.

Audroc gave him a curt nod. "I dont know her reasons. I suppose you could ask her...but I wouldn't."
 
Edmund left the house and went over to where the horses were stables under a lean to. He kicked some hay into a corner and tossed the quilt over it.

Emilee crawled back into the small bed she was to occupy for the night. S

Edwin looked questioningly at his father. "Why not?" He pressed
 
"I told you. I do not know your mother's intentions, but I am following her request until further notice!" Audric yelled.
