Peter knocked loudly on the door to Edmund's vast estate. He was surprised that a servant hadn't noticed him.
The butler or whoever's job it is to open doors opened the door.

Edmund stopped in the hallway and looked over the balcony to see who it was. Peter. He hurried on to his room to get cleaned up before greeting his guest.

Edwin patted his little brother on the back. "I don't know. But I'm. It busy, so I'll help you find him," he offered.

Anna began washing the dishes. "If you do go, let me write a letter to her for you to take," she said.
--
Katrina shifted her weight in the saddle, which was very uncomfortable. She was used to riding horses bareback.
---
Emilee mumbled and groaned all the way to the next town. She swore to never ride another horse in her life after this journey.
---
Linnet looked out the window at the sun. It was still early morning and she wished to get out before Gwen was up.
"Please, give Gwen this letter when she wakes," Linnet said, handing Maud a sealed note.
"Of course. Now you'd best be going. You have a wedding to attend!" Maud tucked the letter in her apron and sealed the chest for Linnet. A servant carried it down stairs after Linnet.

Genevieve slowed her horse down as they neared Edinburgh castle.

Cedric fastened a saddle around his horse he had stolen a few years ago. He tossed some saddle bags over the sleek dappled mare, and pulled himself up onto her back.
Grabbing her reigns, he turned her toward the direction of Edinburg castle.
