*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Nurse lady brought the spoon of tincture over. "I think he'll be fine without that for now. He's sleeping or unconscious anyway," Katrina told lady. Nurse lady set a wet rag on Gavin's forehead then left to get fresh water. Katrina held Gavin's hand tightly while he slept. Thankfully the wound wasn't too deep, but infection was still a fear. If only Anna were here, she'd know exactly what to do.
---
Emilee made her way through the miserable wet must to a tavern of some sort.
--
Mariah glanced around the busy room, wondering where Jane had gone off to.

Gavin restlessly tried to roll over.
---
Cliffton stroked Clyde on his nose
---
Cedric was having a very good day as his horse ran full speed across a grassy meadow. Cedric snacked on some jerky.
(This guy literally lives off of jerky. How sad)

Perhaps now was time for the valerian. "Gavin, can you hear me?" Katrina asked

:)gig )
Emilee entered the tavern, a mixture of smells rushing at her. The room was large but packed full of people. A huge fire gave off tons of heat but also smoke. Emilee coughed and covered her face with her apron to keep the bad smells of the room out.

Linnet sat down beside Fawn, who still hasn't noticed her.
"Have you seen Peter since lunch?" She asked.
Edmund shook his head. "No, I believe he's in his room

Gavin opened his eyes slightly and grumbled some indistinguishable gibberish in response.
---
Cliffton pranced around the courtyard on his horse, not bothering to tell anyone he'd found Clyde.

(ahh!!! My reply didnt load.

it took soo long too...)

Jane rolled her eyes. "Well? Aren't you going to go get that man?" She asked

Edwin went to go find Alena.

Katrina winced even though she wasn't the one on the painful end. She cleaned off most of the dried blood, then applied a large amount of a different salve. The nurse, meanwhile, measured out a spoonful of valerian tincture.
---
Maud saw no reason for Gwen to be upset. "It's just a guard, m'lady."

(Kat-Richard run in? XD)
--
Edmund stood and bowed respectfully when Linnet entered. She smiled in acknowledgement. Fawn was deep in her own thoughts and didn't notice Linnet

Redd frowned. "I'll need a castle dog. I wont be able to track him without one. And ill have to find somebody to go with me. I may not be able to do it alone."

Alena headed down the hall towards the servant's quarters. She had not forgotten the queen's chilling words.

Gwen realized her mistake. "Umm...yes, Just a guard. But you see, he was the guard who stayed outside my door most nights. I would just feel safer if it was someone I trust."

(sure why not?)

Kat tripped on a root snaking out of the dirt. Grumbling, she rolled over and sat up.

Peter was sitting in his previous place when Linnet entered. He quickly stood and pulled out her chair.

Jane nodded and pretended to listen.
--
Edwin stopped at the end of a hallway.
--
Richard hurried over to help the lady up. "Are you okay, miss?" He asked, not realizing it was Kat
--
Linnet smiled and sat down.
--
Katrina picked up the spoon. "Can you swallow this?" She asked.
--

Redd pushed past Jane and into the hall, and stopped. "Do you wish to travel with me" He asked dumbly. "Wait. No. You couldn't."

Alena turned the corner almost running into Edwin. "Oh. I'm sorry." She said with a blush.

Kat's face turned red. "I-uh...I mean yes. Yes, I'm alright."

Peter walked back to his place and sat.
