*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Arabella curtsied and waited for the musicians to begin playing the song. Once the song began, she patiently waited for Richard to start dancing with her.
Richard, having spent too many hours perfecting the art of dancing when he should of been training, expertly spun her round once then brought her in to his outstretched arms, keeping rather stiff throughout.

Alfric paused to catch his breath, leaning heavily against the wall. Was the ground moving or was that him? He blinked furiously and scrambled around to get his footing. Then with a loud painful scraping noise, the wall fell open like a door, pulling Alfric with it and spitting him out on the other side.
(before he fell through, Is this the same room she is in now?)

(Yes, he went through a door, and then was in the hallway when he fell through the secret door. Ya get me?)

(I think so, Granny, but I may be able to understand better if you put your teeth in)

Fawn opened the door slowly and looked out and about, searching for any sign of movement. She stepped gingerly out of the room and walked a few yards alongside the wall, alert for the slightest noise. Music from the Great Hall could be heard very faintly if she listened hard enough, but as that wasn't any help at all, she managed to tune it out and keep searching. The passage was empty and quiet with the music out of her head. Too quiet, almost.

(Make him scream. Like a little girl XD)

(What?! You'll have to speak up!)
Alfric let out a terrified shriek as he fell sideways and hit the floor shoulder first.

(Put your hearing aids in while you're at it!!)

Fawn walked away and left Alfric to die.

Jk.

Fawn directed her attention to the wall beside her as a an odd sound was heard from behind it. It sounded like something between a muffled scream and and Athaid passing gas. She searched the wall frantically for a door, for surely whatever made that noise was behind, or inside of, the thick stone wall. "Hello?!" She knocked hard on the wall, despite knowing that it couldn't be heard.

Pain shot through Alfrics shoulder as he rolled onto his chest and attempted to push himself to his feet. His head was swimming with blood, rushing through his ears like rivers about to burst their banks. Searching frantically for some kind of light, he reached forward and traced his hands along the wall, thumping the fist of his good arm against it as he desperately tried to re open the door.

Quote: "My, you seem very skilled with dancing." Arabella complimented and smiled softly as they danced. She silently wondered why a Knight would be good at dancing at all, in her experience they were usually terrible, but she didn't mind dancing with someone who didn't dance like a toddler with ADHD for once.

(My posts are so interesting and not boring at all, aren't they?

I've never been good with medieval stuff, so I apologize.
