The Vet said Marek's- what do I do?

One of our girls was limping last night and today she basically wasn't putting any weight on her foot. The vet came out and said it looked like it may be Marek's. After a shot and a little talking I'm still not sure what to do regarding her or the rest of our girls. Can anyone help me?

Sounds more like an injury than Mareks. Mareks causing paralysis. Mareks can only be confirmed by necropsy or blood sample. If it is Mareks, the whole flock has already been exposed. They will either survive the virus, or it will kill them. Surviving birds will be lifelong carriers, so any new birds will have to be vaccinated before you bring them home.
Regardless of whether it's injury or illness, I'd still bring her inside and keep her under a heat lamp just to keep an eye on her.
