The Weather Is Brutally Hot, What Can We Do To Help Chickens?!?!?

We have had a brutally hot and humid summer as well. My girls have lots of shade during the day, which helps. Their coop/run are in a clearing among very tall trees. I have a fan on them in the run and one in the coop at night. I also put ice cubes in their water bottles, give them frozen watermelon and grapes, and put gallons of frozen water for them to sit against (although they don't seem interested in this at all). So far the girls (4 months old) have done well with the heat. Now ME on the other hand.....*sigh*
