THE 'WHAT'S FOR DINNER', I'M HUNGRY THREAD!

I got lazy too...........the sauce is homemade, but the ravioli's aren't. Don't have the whole day to make the noodles and stuff the ravioli. Maybe when the kids are grown.

I went full out lazy. Although the ravs are quite good the brand we buy and made by a local company. Growing up I used to make pasta of all kinds with my grandmother. You name it she made it. I wish I took all the stuff she had, ravioli trays, pasta roller ect. after she past away. Can only imagine how many miles of spaghetti and lasagna noodles I cranked out. I long to live in her era, as everything was fresh. Never from a box or can and nothing went to waste. But I digress, both the cheese and the spinach raviolis were good and ate more than I should have.

Lets see if we can revive this thread. We are having deep fried halibut, green beans and mashed baby red taters. This could be a great place to find new dinner ideas.

I have a few over ripe bananas that I will use to make banana bread. I'm thinkning about making a 10 egg pound cake using my duck eggs. I really feel like eating a delicious meat loaf with lots of tomato gravy, smashed potatoes and corn and green beans. And to top if off, have a glass of lemonade. I will probably make a mexican cornbread for this week. I'm hungry.
