Crescent blinked as she awoke from the tree. It was midnight and she ruffled her neck fur. She guess she should better make her presence aware to the other animals on the mountain so that she wouldn't alarm them.

Kiko was walking by the birch Crescent was in when he suddenly heard a rustling noise above him. “What was that?” he whispered.
