I'm partial to the game version of Triss, this is a cosplayer.

So like an attraction to a video game character come to life?
I don't exactly know what motivates cosplayers aside from maybe they do feel they look like or want to be that character, or they like the exposure. I'm a sucker for a cute redhead in general, cosplayer or not. I just picked video game Triss because she's on topic.

Halloween 365?

I dunno. Never had any desire to do it myself, but I can appreciate the time and effort that some people put into it. In the same way I can appreciate talented artwork.

Idunno. Cosplay is specifically dressing up as a character from a move/tv show/book, etc... I guess a lot of halloween costumes are/can be cosplay too? But there are other wierdos out there too. Like, Furries. Or the SCA, or the thousands of people who dress up for ren faires worldwide. or steampunkers. They're not cosplay by definition, they're something else but generically lumped in there.

And I use "weirdo" self-deprecatingly here. I can identify with some of those communities and may or may not own a hat with ostrich plumes and a rapier.

Except furries. Those guys are super freaky cringe.
