Celyn glanced at Fraun doubtfully, before understanding that he was serious. She glanced at the boys who took on the heavy ones, seeing their distress at having to hold their weights for that long. She couldn't help it; a small laugh escaped her before she could shut up.

Kaleb looked to the group. "Okay. Go to a dummy and let me see what you know."

Sam sat bye Missy, waiting for when they would be done so they could do something fun. Like zip lining.

Noa's eyes widened a bit, then she concentrated on keeping the sword up for as long as she could. She did not want to be the first to drop her sword, she wanted to be the last.

Celyn got into a subtly more comfortable position, relaxing her muscles slightly. She knew that, when carrying heavy loads for long periods of time, there's nothing you want to do less than strain your muscles, or make them uncomfortable.

Anna glanced to Kaleb and walked over to the dummy. She thought of the classes they had already been through and started doing the motions she could incorporate the sword into.

fraun glared at celyn and walked up to her. "is there anything wrong?" he asked his voice dripping with venom and his eyes narrowed. he hated it when people disrespected him and laughed during his class. last year he made full grown boy pee his pants in front of anyone, just for making a smart remark. he was very close to her and they were practically breathing the same air.

varissa walked over to the recruits and said, "i want you to practice a fluid motion. " she said showing an elegant motion slowly then did it again faster this time hitting the targets center. she wasn't about explaining either. "go." she said quietly then standing off to the side to watch them.

missy looked to sam and whispered, "hey, do you want to go zip lining tonight?" she asked.

"5 minutes." He read his watch.

fraun looked up at the clock. three minutes. he saw a girl drop her sword and try to put it back up. "you! out! go! run until i get tired. you try to cheat and i will break you!" he shouted as the girl put her sword down and started running on the little track lining the room. she was fighting back tears and still whimpering. after he was done shouting he sat back down and surveyed the room. a boy dropped his sword and put it back down at his side waiting for it to be over.

Sam leaned over. "Sure. What time and where?" She whispered back.

"7 minutes." He watched as three people dropped their arms already.
