Celyn's eyes got a look that was a little faraway and distant. Then she started to laugh. It started as a low chuckle, then got to a point where she couldn't stop. When she finally did, she responded. "Do you think I'm not? I didn't get a wink of sleep, and I couldn't stop thinking about how it should've been me." she pulled up her sleeve a little bit to reveal nail marks on her arms. "The pain helps."

Evie looked at her then shrugged. "i was the best, you know. i was good at everything, i was so smart and pretty according to my mom. i was born erudite and i stayed. god i wish i hadn't, i wish i had gone to abnegation, but i knew my family would shun me for it." evie said looking off in the distance.

"good, i mean that you are not that bad, thanks. she said as she stood up with her help. missy looked at sam and kaleb and they were both out cold. missy went over to kaleb and checked out his leg, she pulled up the pants and looked at it. the blood had clotted but it was still gross, he had just been grazed by one but it was still deep. she took a piece of fabric and tied it around his leg making a tourniquet. she made sure it was semi clean to and then pulled the pant leg back down hoping she didn't wake him. she walked over to the door way to get some air and saw a running figure. it was varissa and she was holding her arm, which was covered in blood.

Kaleb woke after Missy had tied the cloth on his leg. He rubbed his weary eyes. "How's the shoulder, Missy?" He started to stand but got lightheaded and had to use to wall for support.

Sam slept peacefully for a while until she heard talking. "Keep it down, would ya? Where's the snooze button on you guys? I don't hear a rooster crowin' so I'm not gettin' up." She rolled over and fell back asleep.

Anna limped over to the door beside Missy and looked out. "Varissa's hurt." She said and pulled out her gun, checking to be sure the clip was full again.

Noa looked at the two other girls. "I stayed in erudite so i could stay around my family also" she said and got up to walk to the door, looking lout.

"kaleb Sam, get up. she said before grabbing a gun off the ground and running out the door. she started to slow down when she saw figures in the distance and heard shot being fired. she reached varissa and pulled her to the side and ran back to the building. "we have to go now." missy said once getting back. varissa was breathing heavily and she leaned against a wall holding her arm. she helped kaleb over to the door, "head hurts huh?" she said with a slight smile. she looked out the door only to have a bullet whiz past her face, "any ideas?" she said bouncing on her heels to get her adrenaline up and her blood pumping. it hurt badly but she kept going anyway.

Sam was up and on her feet in a matter of seconds as soon as she heard bullets flying. She spotted a gun and quickly grabbed it and stood beside the doorway across from Missy. She shook her head. "No..."

Kaleb took the gun from his waistband and loaded the clip with the bullets they found when they shot Jeanine. "Is there a back door? Back window? Anything?"

missy looked around, there was a small window in the back, it would barley fit kaleb, but it would suffice. she went over and helped varissa through sending the med kit with her. "come on! lets get out of this forsaken place." she said more in a whisper to herself. she made kaleb go then sam, then anna, she would be last, she kept her arm tied up in its hand made sling to keep the stitches from out and her side screamed in pain.
