One of Shane's arms jerked as he woke up. The first thing he noticed was that his head hurt, and his ribs. like he had been dragged through the ground or something (lol) He blinked drowsily. And looked up at Aberdeen. He held off the obvious and stupid question, 'where am i' instead he asked, "Where's Kip? My horse."

"Don't worry, she's outside... Playing with Raven." She said as she closed the bottle that contained the hether leaves and put them back on the shelf. She looked through the window watching Raven roll on the floor madly in front of Kip.

Shane sat up and held back a laugh, looking at Raven. He didn't know horsed rolled around in the dirt.... maybe Kip is just to proud to do it herself he mused. Then turned to Aberdeen. "All i can remember was that i was bitten by a bat.... what happened?"

Aberdeen smiled at the sight of her cheerful horse, glad that it finally found a friend. "I... took you to my house and healed you." She replied trying to avoid explaining the fact that she dragged him to her house.

She poured him a cup of hot tea and handed it to him with a warm smile.

Once the order was done and delivered the baker gave Anna a little money and a fresh roll, then sent her on her way. Anna pulled her cloak around her shoulders and made sure her hood was up before leaving the bakery and heading off down the street.

"Oh thanks." Shane said awkwardly, referring to the tea and for helping him. He took it and gently blew on it before taking a sip. He tried to make conversation. "What's your horses name?" Failing terribly.

Aberdeen sat in a chair next to him. "His name's Raven." She took a sip of tea from her own cup. "I have a question to ask... if you don't mind, but... What are you doing in the dark forest?"
