The Wyandottes looked pretty darn good at Shawnee, I think there were 103 large fowl wyandottes entered.....Jonathan Patterson won Champ American with a really nice White Wyandotte hen..(finally a Wyandotte beats a Rock in the American Class..yeah), Rudy (I cant remember Rudy's username on BYC) won BV in Partridge, and I got lucky and won BV with a SLW cock. There were a ton of large fowl Whites at the show..and a lot of large fowl Buffs...

It was fun to hang out with Rudy and Jonathan for awhile Saturday....being from Indiana originally, and now living in Kentucky, I don't get to talk to Indiana folks that much...I tried not to hold it against them too much....although going to Purdue University probably hurt their education..they really should have gone to the University of Kentucky.

GLW roo over slw hens you will get gold pullets and silver roos with gold showing a bit. Yes sexlinked. Mike

It's heinous here at the house. We're on a back road like you. Hopefully the main roads are better. Toyota didn't call off production so we'll be humping through the mess to make America's Camrys. LOL

I'm predicting 2011 will be the year of the buff wyandotte...
