Ok Wyandotte peopleI believe this 6 week old is a BkLW? the WR/W behind is from the same hatching & it's a roo for sure The 2nd pic is 2 weeks old-what does it look like it's going to be? I have a GL pullet & a BLR pullet in with a BkL & a BLR roo, didn't mark which pullet laid which egg that I hatched ( I'll do better next time :/ )![]()

Quote: I would like some information myself..I actually purchased hatching eggs and it was marked Isabelle..looks like a light color paint to me.![]()
The top pic looks like a black laced pullet..tons of shafting at this age..I hope that changes for you.(They do change sometimes) I also see blue in it so the picture quality is off or my computer is off in color. Perhaps more pictures will help. The bottom picture looks like a BLRW chick. I am just giving an opinion..on what I may be seeing on a photo that maybe correct..I wish I was more help..sorry

Quote: ok, mille fleur is the combination of the pattern gene, columbian and mottling, while tolbunt is the combination of pattern, columbian and melanizing (aka laced) plus mottling.
porcelain is mille fleur plus the lavender gene to replace black with pale grey.
this is a porcelain mille fleur
