My girls showed some of our birds, they got a first for our our SL roosters and a 1st and 2nd for our Bantam partridge hens.

Here are 2 of my boys. Almost 19 weeks now! Boy do they feather SLOWLY!! Not sure if I am going to keep them since I got all roos and no hens! Already culled 3 of them.

What type Wynodette is that? They are beautiful!

I have a bantam red blue laced that hatched out on the 20th of May, so should be about 12 weeks old now. Still trying to figure out if it is a pullet.....Has no rooster feathers to speak of, but has a more developed comb and a redder face than my SLW that hatched out a few days before him. I am pretty sure she is not on the top of the pecking order either. Any suggestions? Are they usually easy to sex by 12 weeks?

I had 2 other chicks from the same parents that were obvious cockerels by the time they were 8 weeks old so they were given away. Of course they were properly coloured and this one is very brassy...sigh.

Yes, they are bantams. I am really hoping the darker one is a pullet, the SLW I'm pretty certain of. Thank you!
