As in good for backyard layers? They are good foragers, docile, even the roos tend to be friendly. Depends how you raise them. But they are the prettiest yard ornaments. Lol

Exactly. My most savored cups of joe have been spent gazing over a flock of Wyandottes. The boys are sweeties and generally gentlemen to their ladies. The girlies over time and scratch are under foot.

I go out and feed them after work ( 7am) and sit on a bucket and watch them eat and scratch around. Nothing better in my opinion. Then watching a fat, waddling, Wyandotte frolicking through the grass.. I love the chocolates too. They are really growing on me..

There is a variety of White laced red. And buff laced wyandottes. Both do not carry blue.
