Crazy looking!

Same boy pictured above. He might improve lacing with age

Bad lacing very smutty, it might improve with first molt

has promis for sure..comb is something to watch in off spring..he stands/rock back a bit

Here's his more lazy looking tail. Am I being overly picky?

Here's a better look at his comb. As you can see it is huge and stands a bit off his head. Still conforming to the shape of his head though. The hens I have him with have very nice combs so I am not to concerned about it. Much of what I hear is worry about the comb last because that is much more simple to fix than type and other important attributes. Thoughts?

Here is the other cockerel with the nice color. not sure about this type, but nicer color and fuller feathering. He is young yet and a keeper.

A really nice variety of birds you should be proud of. Some excelent bright colors and feathers. Beautiful combs in some. Several I would love to have.

It is the time of year.... the lack of light just didn't mesh with when she was going to start to lay. I had an EE that was 9 months old before I got her first egg. She was at the bottom of the pecking order and got pecked pretty bad and I am sure that didn't help. When she started I got large eggs right off. It will happen.....

Yeah, I figured as much... The shaming thing was mostly for the laughs... TY to everyone who encouraged my sense of humor... I guess if my last two don't start laying by around Valentine's day/ first of March?, I'll have to... re-evaluate their place in the flock? Both Wyandottes and EEs are known for being slow starters. When should I start considering the possibility of other issues??
