The Wyandotte Thread

which breed of chickens is this?
Quote: actually, if you read just above the pic... they're Yellow House Farm's White Dorkings. They are probably the best whites in the country at this point... Though a couple others have started working with them too, with stock from YHF as well.

TO Gifa....I think MY PET CHICKEN uses Meyer because of the very small orders that they specialize in shipping....I've said enough...This thread has too many real Wyandotte breeders for me to prattle on and on...Take Care and Be Well...

I just wanted to pop into this thread to say hello! I've some BSLW of my own, and hoping to keep a breeding group of them. I might do some mixes (unsure yet) but have an unrelated roo & 3 hen BSLW that I'm keeping. Not into showing (yet? I may be speaking too soon!) but for the fun & eggs.

Also, hoping to find fellow bantam dot keepers in the Ontario, Canada region. I have a Roo I'd love to trade (SFH or D'uccle eggs) rather than send him to camp! (Please PM if you can, it's so hard to keep up with this fast-moving thread!)
