I think it was more intended as needing to be posted in the injuries/cures section.

I agree....I don't think bantima meant anything by it except that you'd get more responses to your question if you post it in the right forum and not in the middle of a totally different thread.

These "official breed" threads often turn into something of a community of their own; there have not been 3291 posts about Delawares in the Delaware thread. Each thread/community seems to take on its own degree of friendliness and tolerance for wandering off the straight and narrow.

I thought SA bantimna's response to the eye questions was rather abrupt and rude. Perhaps what SA bantimna meant was: "That sounds awful, I hope someone can help. You might get a quicker response in the Emergencies / Diseases / Injuries and Cures forum since it would reach more than just Wyandotte fanciers." But, what I read was: "This isn't about Wyandottes. Don't mess up this thread. Take it elsewhere."

You'll get more posts in the Health section here on the BYC than in only one thread.
I'm not trying to get rid of you but, to help you to find more opions.

Would love to see pictures of SL or partridge bantam wyandottes. Supposedly there are a lot of wyandottes but yet I never see any....except mine but they don't count.

Does anyone on here raise blue,splash and/or partridge LF wyandottes? I would like to purchase some eggs and haven't had any luck with posting a thread so I thought I would try here. Saw everyone else's pictures and thought you'd enjoy mine. Also my BLRWs just started to lay yesterday!!
