That comb is actually a lot redder than it looks, the sun was reflecting off it and washing it out a bit. Flower not sure if I am keeping that one yet, I have a light (thinking it may be a splash) and a medium one also. Sad to say at this time I only have one girl!!
Thank you! And let me tell you chickee I would give my left arm to have a beautiful BLRW roo!!!!!! I live in city limits though sadly and cannot have a rooster, I wish! I lived in Grass Valley for about 7 years, just moved to Sac from there recently
I miss it so much and LOVED the area!
Now if you ever happen to have any pullets of BLRW variaty DO let me know!!
IF I win the California Lotto I will let you know! Because I will be getting me a nice piece of land and some HANDSOM rooooosters! Amen. I already know what breeds I want

Just started building my BLRW flock with eggs bought from a breeder in Southern California, Paul's Poultry lines (9~14 week old chicks 3 roosters, 6 pullets) and eggs bought from a BYC member, Blue Poultry lines (6~3 wk olds looks like 2 pullets, 4 roosters) and eggs bought from Land of Tobe Poultry, Bill Braden lines (2 weeks old ~only 1 hatched not sure of sex, think it's a roo) Here are some pictures.
