They're a week older than Mine. Looking back at my photos from a few weeks ago, I was quite amazed at how much they have matured.

I am somewhat disapointed at my blue girls, they have not layed another single egg since my last post on this thread

, (about a week and half ago) . They may need a little talking too to get things rolling again

, or maybe I could walk out to the pens tomorrow and eye them in a hungry manner

those are some really nice looking partridge. Best type I have ever seen on a bantam, many of them have the cochin bunny tails

Hi Springsrun, How old is Victoria? SHe's so pretty. I have a partridge as well, but full size who just started to lay a couple of weeks ago. She is 8 months old. Hope your hatching goes well!~

I will eventually. I always hatch out a bunch for myself and sell my excess eggs. Although with my new GQFs I don't know how many excess eggs I'll have... I can't wait till they start laying though.

Victoria is a bantam partridge wyandotte who is about 6 months old. She really surprised me by starting to lay as I didn't expect to see any eggs until spring. I purchased her from the Foley's.
