Here are mine! Just got them Sunday! They're a few days old. Any comments on colors? I'm new at this but very excited:)

The eggs are going in this week. If they are still not fertile I will be PLUCKING both of them..... BARE LOL.. They cost too much to not give me chicks

Just happened to take at look at this thread. Rose combed chickens have the fame, if you want to call it that, of fertility problems, linked to the comb. That is why, old time breeders, suggest every once in a while, if you have a single combed hen, use her, and then keep a boy with a rose comb out of her to freshen up the fertility.

Also, sometimes a hen just doens't like the roo. I've heard that the hen can stop fertilization of her eggs if she wants too. Don't know if its true or not.
