Made Angel Food Cakes today with lots of eggs!

Next time ANY one of y’all make an angel food cake, USE BROWN SUGAR!!
Maybe it changes the color, but trust me on this one. IT. IS. SO. RICH. AND. SOFT. AND. CARMALY. AND. HEAVENLY.

I've made cloud bread before but it tasted very eggy lol. Is it similar to that?

I’ve never done cloud bread!

Not really an egg taste, if there is, it’s covered by brown sugar.

Today’s picture is of Oreo. My Barred Rock “pullet”. it’s okay. I still love him!

Lately, he has decided that sleeping on top of the run sounds fun. I can’t get to him way up there, but so far he has been safe. Beginning coop training all over again!

Anyway, he loves to fly down, run the 1/4 mile between coop and house, and wait for me at the back door each morning.
Here he was today:

And he decided that helping himself to the goat’s treats sounded fun as well.

Never mind…. Poppy is toooo scary!
