can anyone tell me why my andalusian had a lump on its back since it was a chick?

What type of lump? Like one from under the skin, our maybe from like a bone poking out? Do you have a picture?

It pokes out but where it is has normal skin and all and when its doing its chicken stuff the bump raises her feathers
