Awe, that stinks. haha, I've been waiting forever it seems like trying to finish up fencing our land in and building their houses.

When the plants start to turn yellow the potatoes are ready, the plant is no longer producing energy. Some people wait a few weeks after the plants die to let the skins toughen but you don't have to.
