There is duck poop stuck to the bottom of my ducks foot

Idk how to get it off he won’t pick up his foot for me and it’s stuck in good

I would recommend letting it just go in one of those plastic pools filled with water that should wash off the poop.

Stuck in where? Can you put his foot in a basin of warm water and rub it off gently while you hold him? If you're having trouble holding him you can gently wrap a towel around his body so he won't flap his wings.
Sometimes they are tricky to hold on to if you need to see their feet, I steady them with one arm and use the other hand to hold the foot, easiest if you can get another person to help though
