What I see at feed stores is just 2 options, chick and regular. I think the regular grit probably contains medium and large.

Tractor Supply and most feed stores carry granite grit. It's very inexpensive.
The birds will only eat it when they need it.

This is the chart I like since it has measurements.

I keep all 3 sizes on hand. When I don't have chicks I offer both medium and large sizes of grit so birds can take what they want.

I don't see a lot of the biggest size around at feed stores (I buy the Scratch & Peck one specifically for that), but there's usually plenty of brands that fit in that medium size range.

I buy my grit at walmart. Maybe you can order some online .
