I had given up hope for any chicks with my first batch of eggs because at day 7 all of them looked clear! All looked like they were unfertilized. I have been waiting on new eggs since day 7 and decided keep them in the incubator and re-candle them just for the fun of it last night on day 11. One of the eggs actually has a very active chick inside! I don't know if it will make it to hatch day because its in one of my eggs that looked like it had a detached air cell.I have been caring for it the way that was suggested on this website. There looked like there was a nice air cell re-attachment when I candled it last night so hopefully it will have a fighting chance. It is in an egg carton with the bottom cut out and I keep tilting it back and forth. Is there anything else I should be doing for this little guy or girl?
